
Logistics & Inventory Officer
Location: Oluyole, Ibadan
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses: NGN100,000 - NGN150,000
Jogaleads is a growing e-commerce company in Ibadan, Nigeria that promotes and distribute health and wellness products across the country. As our operations expand, we are looking for an experienced, responsible, organized, and computer-literate Logistics/ Inventory Officer to join our team.
The Experienced Logistics and Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating the movement of products, updating records in our CRM system, and supporting daily logistics operations.
This role is important to ensure that products are properly tracked, stored, and distributed to our dispatch partners efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive products delivered to the warehouse and ensure they are properly recorded.
- Maintain accurate records of all products entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Update orders, stock movement, and delivery records in the company CRM system.
- Monitor inventory levels and report when stock is running low.
- Prepare products for dispatch to riders, delivery partners, or distribution locations.
- Work closely with dispatchers and riders to ensure products are sent to the correct locations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory verification.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports on stock usage and forecasts.
- Ensure the safe handling and transportation of products during distribution.
- Perform basic checks on the company vehicle before trips to ensure it is in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of HND, or BSc in Logisitics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems and basic software tools.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
- Experience driving vans, buses, or delivery vehicles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
