About the Program
Jogaleads is a fast-growing eCommerce brand based in Ibadan, Nigeria. We're offering a structured 1-month media buying internship for talented individuals who already have creative design experience and hands-on experience running Facebook Ads.
This isn't a beginner program — we're looking for people who can hit the ground running, execute performance campaigns, and grow alongside our team. Top performers will be offered full-time employment immediately after the internship ends.
Who We're Looking For
This role is not for beginners. We're looking for digital marketers with working knowledge of the tools and skills below.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience running Sales Objective campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager. You should know how to set up, optimise, and scale campaigns.
You must be able to independently set up and troubleshoot a Facebook Ads Pixel — including event tracking and integration with a website or landing page.
Good working knowledge of WordPress — including building and editing pages. Experience with page builders like Elementor or Thrive Architect is a strong advantage.
You can write compelling ad copy, headlines, and short-form content that drives clicks and conversions. Good grammar and persuasive writing are essential.
Ability to edit short video content for social media ads — trimming clips, adding captions or text overlays, and producing clean, ready-to-publish video creatives.
This is a fully remote role open to applicants across Nigeria. You can apply from any state.

Monthly salary for full-time
employment after the internship
Your salary includes a base component plus bonuses tied directly to your campaign results. The better you perform, the more you earn.
If you perform well during the internship, we offer you a full-time role immediately — earning a minimum of ₦150,000 up to ₦300,000+ per month.
No commuting, no office requirements. This is a 100% remote position you can do from any location in Nigeria. Ibadan-based applicants are preferred.
